Reservations:
To secure a reservation at Lopez Lundberg Spain1 S.L., a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay will be required. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
Rates and availability are subject to change and may vary without prior notice.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the check-in date will result in a penalty equivalent to 50% of the initial deposit. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and the initial deposit will not be returned.
In the event of cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, 100% of the initial deposit will be considered a penalty and will not be refunded.
Modifications:
Changes to reservation dates may be subject to availability and could entail rate adjustments. It is recommended to make such modifications well in advance to avoid penalties.
No-Show:
Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours of the check-in date. As a result, the full 100% of the initial deposit will be retained, and no refunds will be issued.
